* Duties and Responsibilities - • Ability to lead the business requirement and development of Salesforce and architecture assessment • Ability to manage a team of Developers • Proven success in applying a structured approach to analyze business problems and architect innovative technology-based solutions within the defined enterprise guidelines and standards • Will be responsible for business engagement and managing Salesforce platform . • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Should be able to create a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed • Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Conduct Monthly partner reviews and team reviews.

* • B.E in Information technology • Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified administrator,Salesforce Certified Developer. • Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.) • Knowledge of VisualForce, Java, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience,SOQL Statements • Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle • Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities and AppExchange / ISV solutions • Need Experience in designing and implementing new Sales force objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Sales force customizations • Experience in defining enterprise architecture, mapping existing systems to it, and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor • Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach • Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies • Team management and execution skills • Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities
